As we explored this intriguing and exciting enterprise, Church history, we discovered its origin as well as its biblical expansion. What happened to the Church after it moved off the pages of the Scriptures? Would it survive the host of hostile players that were seeking its demise? Not only did it survive—it also thrived! If it had been just a natural phenomenon, it would have been cast away long ago, on the ash heap of time.
That said, this is about the Supernatural (Holy Spirit) guiding the body of Christ to Its destination, navigating it through every period of history. From the Apostolic Fathers to the Great Schism to its arrival in the Americas to this current era, Jesus has been busy building His Church. His body will be complete when the very last individual enters it. Meanwhile, we wait patiently for His return. We would like to echo the words of Apostle John, who penned them in the last book of the Bible. “Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20 NKJV) Amen.
